Dropoff/Pickup Information
Arrival / Dismissal Procedures
Bus & Van - All bus and van traffic will continue to enter the circle and drop students on the curb.
Car Riders - We will continue to stage our drop-off area in the back of the building. Please note this important information and share with family or friends who may transport your student.
- Our “Stop Line” is located toward the end of the building beside the modular classrooms. (Please see diagram below).
- Students will unload in this area and enter the building through Door # 8 (Grades K-4). Grade 5 students will enter directly into their classrooms via the adjoining stairs.
A few important reminders:
- Please pull all the way forward, as directed by our staff, before releasing students from vehicles.
- Please have students exit vehicles from the driver’s side.
- Please remain in your vehicle.
Afternoon Dismissal Procedures
Bus / Van Riders: Once the buses and vans arrive, students will be escorted by staff to the bus / van at the front circle and they will be directed to their assigned seat.
Car pick-up: In the afternoon cars may not enter the school grounds between 3:05 pm and 3:25 p.m. If entering the parking lot before 3:05 p.m. for dismissal, vehicles will turn right into the parking lot, proceed through the parking lot and continue around to the back of the building where they will form three lines of traffic. Vehicles will line up end to end leaving no large gaps between vehicles. Vehicles will not be able to move until all vehicles are occupied and the buses have departed. Our Stop Line for Dismissal will be located behind the building.
- Please pull all the way up in the lane you are in (1,2,3). Once it is filled, start the next lane.
- We will have 3 rows of cars.
- Please do not try to leave early from the side parking lot. We will remove the cones on the right side of the driveway when it is safe to do so.
